| Our family grew up around livestock,
especially cattle. For generations we have worked the land and cared
for stock. That deep level of commitment to American agriculture
prompted us to leave our off-farm occupations and diversify into
a meat company. As we approached the feasibility of this company,
we learned in detail that educated consumers:
- Demand greater accountability by food manufacturers and producers
- Are showing an increased interest and demand for natural or
organic products
- Have increasing concerns about food safety
- Are likely to want healthier food alternatives

By raising beef and pork without unnecessary additives, we believe
that we are not only providing a tasty product, but providing a
more enduring lifestyle for the next generation. |
