Clayton Potter, Sarah’s cousin, will be the Aubrey’s Natural Meats intern for the summer of 2008. Clayton hails from Alvin, Illinois and is a farm kid with a background in raising and showing cattle. Currently, he’s a student at Kansas State University (KSU) in Manhattan, KS, and is working toward a career in the meat science industry. Clayton has an excellent working knowledge of meat cuts and even successfully participated in KSU’s Meats Judging Team! He will be handling just about everything this year for the Aubrey’s including attending the farmer’s markets, handling customer orders and delivery. Welcome Clayton!
